Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing any course, membership access, or digital content from The Mindful Garden. By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Us

These Terms apply to all online courses, live sessions, membership access, and downloadable templates purchased through our website.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our services.
3. Description of Services
We provide:
A 6 week online course consisting of 6 live lessons Q&A session.
Live Workshops
Access to a private membership area for the duration of the course
Downloadable templates and digital resources
Lifetime access to recordings of the live sessions
All descriptions on our website are for guidance only. We may make minor changes to content to improve quality or comply with legal requirements.
4. Ordering and Contract Formation
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when you receive an Order Confirmation by email.
You are responsible for ensuring your order details are accurate.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees are clearly stated on our website. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
Prices include VAT where applicable.
6. Delivery of Digital Content and Services
Course access begins on the published start date.
Membership access lasts only for the duration of the 6 week course.
Live sessions are delivered via online video conferencing.
Recordings are made available after each session.
Downloadable templates are provided via the course platform.
7. Lifetime Access to Recordings
You receive lifetime access to recordings of the live lessons and Q&A sessions, subject to the following conditions:
Access is for personal use only.
You may not download, share, distribute, or reproduce recordings.
We may update, replace, or remove recordings if necessary (e.g., platform changes, technical issues).
“Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the course platform or hosting method, not your personal lifetime.
All recordings remain the intellectual property of The Mindful Garden.
8. Downloadable Templates & Intellectual Property
All templates, worksheets, and digital resources are licensed to you for personal use only.
You must not:
share them
resell them
reproduce them
use them commercially
All intellectual property rights remain with The Mindful Garden.
9. Membership Area Conduct
The membership area is a supportive community space. You agree to:
behave respectfully
avoid disruptive or harmful behaviour
keep all shared information confidential
We reserve the right to remove any participant who breaches these rules. No refund will be given in cases of misconduct.
10. Cooling‑Off Period & Digital Content Rules
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14‑day cooling‑off period.
However, by purchasing the course, you acknowledge that:
live sessions begin within the cooling‑off period
Therefore, you lose the right to cancel once:
you access any digital content, or
the course begins (whichever is earlier)
This does not affect your discretionary refund rights (see Section 11).
11. Refund Policy (Discretionary)
Because The Mindful Garden courses are delivered in small cohorts, we aim to resolve any issues quickly and personally.
You may request a refund only if:
you have attended at least 2 live lessons, and
you notify us by email at [email protected] explaining why the course is not meeting your expectations.
We will:
discuss your concerns
offer reasonable support to resolve the issue
consider a refund if the course is still unsuitable
Refunds are not automatic and are granted at our discretion.
No refunds are given:
for non‑attendance
after the course has ended
for change of mind
for failure to participate or engage
12. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
attend sessions on time
participate respectfully
use the membership area appropriately
ensure your internet connection and device are suitable for online learning
13. Our Responsibilities
We will deliver the course with reasonable skill and care.
We do not guarantee:
specific results
uninterrupted access (though we aim to minimise disruptions)
that recordings or digital content will be available indefinitely if technology changes
14. Privacy and Data Protection
We comply with the UK GDPR and only process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Limitation of Liability
We do not exclude liability for:
death or personal injury caused by negligence
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Otherwise, we are not liable for:
business losses
indirect or unforeseeable losses
loss of profit or opportunity
Our courses are for personal development, not professional training.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
breach these Terms
behave inappropriately in the membership area
misuse our intellectual property
You may terminate by emailing us, but no refund will be given unless you meet the criteria in Section 11.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
18. Complaints
We aim to resolve issues quickly. Please email [email protected] and we will respond within 7 days.
